WHOLE BEEF:

HALF BEEF:

  • $5.91 per lb.    

  • Approximately 310 to 360 lb. hanging weight  

  • Takes 8 to 10 cubic feet of freezer space

  • Cutting, wrapping, and taxes already included in price.

  • Cost is between $1,832 and $2,128

 

QUARTER BEEF:

  • $6.10 per lb.    

  • Approximately 155 to 180 lb. hanging weight  

  • Takes 5 to 7 cubic feet of freezer space

  • Cutting, wrapping, and taxes already included in price.

  • Cost is between $946 and $1,098

Order the quantity of beef you wish; whole, half, or quarter. Gather friends to order a whole beef and receive the best price.

 

This website allows for you to place your deposit online via paypal for your security and convenience. If you choose this method of payment, please remember to contact us for additional information. We will need your contact information in order to update you on the final weight and price of your beef, as well as to discuss your custom cut specifications. Below are the cutting instructions for you to think about before you place your order. If you need further assistance with this, feel free to contact us. 

 

 

Note: When ordering a quarter beef, please keep in mind that essentially you will be splitting a half with another customer due to the process by which the beef is cut. In general, this will not effect your order. We work hard to match quarter orders for specification compatability. See the form above to see how your specification may differ with a quarter order.

 

Deposit:

We require a non-refundable deposit when placing your order; $300 for whole, $200 for half, $100 for quarter. Once the deposit is received, your beef is reserved. You can make your deposit online using paypal. You may also send us a cashiers check, money order, or personal check. Please make it payable to:

Your final payment needs to be made 5 to 6 business days prior to pick up. You can pay with Paypal, money order, cashiers check, or personal check. Please make it payable to:

Pick up:

You will pick up your final product at Prosser Lockers in Prosser, WA. Meat is labeled, double wrapped in heavy duty saran and butcher paper, and flash frozen.
